Braai Box

If you want to enjoy that freshly flame-grilled taste in the African bush, but without having to stand over hot coals, we have the perfect solution for you. Simply order one of our delicious new Braai Boxes when you book your reserve tickets and collect it from the Boma Restaurant at a time that suits you.

Enjoy a leisurely drive around the reserve, knowing that when you arrive, your boerewors and steaks will be perfectly cooked and ready for you. Then stroll down to one of our braai huts to enjoy your meal on our lush lawns.

Braai Boxes can be pre-ordered online or at the Welcome Centre when you buy your tickets to enter the reserve. Simply collect from our pickup point at the Boma restaurant between 11:30 and 15:00. We cook it fresh when you arrive or at a pre-arranged time so it’s hot and ready to enjoy.

Each Braai Box is suitable for one person, so order as many as you need.

Succulent, flame-grilled boerewors (130g), hot dog roll, caramelised curry onion, condiments, chips

Traditional Braai Box – R145 p/p 

Matured sirloin steaks (200g), flame-grilled boerewors (130g), pap, tomato and onion relish, two garlic rolls.
